By accessing or using Lead Community Credit Union's services, website, or mobile applications, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services.

Eligibility

To open an account with Lead Community Credit Union, you must:

  • Be at least 18 years of age
  • Be a U.S. citizen or legal resident
  • Meet membership eligibility requirements
  • Provide accurate and complete information

Account Responsibilities

As an account holder, you agree to:

  • Maintain sufficient funds to cover transactions

Fees and Charges

Our fee schedule is available upon request and at any branch location. Common fees include:

  • Stop payment fees

We will provide 30 days' notice before implementing any fee changes.

Online Banking Terms

When using our online or mobile banking services:

  • You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials
  • You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized access
  • We employ industry-standard security measures
  • Service availability may be affected by maintenance or technical issues
  • You must be 18 or older to use online banking

Loan Terms

All loans are subject to:

  • Credit approval and underwriting standards
  • Verification of income and employment
  • Appraisal requirements (for secured loans)
  • Compliance with federal and state lending laws
  • Specific terms outlined in your loan agreement

Interest rates, terms, and conditions are subject to change without notice for new applications.

Limitation of Liability

Lead Community Credit Union shall not be liable for:
